Established as a dynamic concertizing ensemble since 1980, the Cleveland Duo combined with nationally-known saxophonist, James Umble, in 1993 to form an exciting threesome who are pioneers in the world of chamber music. Artists will be on call at Water Street Plaza to assist young artists and poets. The event will be video taped for youtube and in this way the ephemeral art form can be shared with the whole community. The event is directed by Geri Digiorno founder and coordinator of the Petaluma Poetry Walk which will follow next Sunday Sept. 20, a highly successful annual event that features multiple reading venues in and around historic Petaluma,California. As Poet Laureate of Sonoma County, her goal has been "to bring poetry to the streets." The event will feature live music on the Water Street Plaza and be part of the weekend's celebration of the river sponsored Friends of the Petaluma River and an official Sonoma County Arts Council activity.

Description: The production will feature seven popular Sonoma County performers: Cloverdale's own Pamela J. Tinnin is a writer, actor, retreat/workshop leader, and an editorial consultant. She and her husband raise organic produce and sheep on a mountain ranch just north of Cloverdale. Ordained in the United Church of Christ, Pamela serves as pastor of the Guerneville Community Church-UCC and the Bridge Fellowship Street Church, both of Guerneville, California. Her book, “Bit Players in the Big Play,” a collaboration with Peter Perry and Bass Mitchell, was released in 2004 by CSS Publishing. She works with North Bay regional theatre companies most notably the 6th street Playhouse and just finished working on "La Cage aux Folles." She trained with Jim Jarrett at his Meisner technique school of acting and has been dancing since she was 12. Katie Ketchum is a professional playwright, composer and actor known for her one woman musicals. She studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, Canada and is a recipient of many awards including the National Endowment for the Arts. She is operates a music school at The Sebastopol Center for the Arts for children, and her business called Transformation songs and images. 707 874-3571 Shoshana Geller has been performing locally for over 15 years. She has performed with many theatre groups and choruses, including the Santa Rosa Symphonic Chorus, the Cinnabar Chamber Chorus, Cinnabar Theatre, Redwood Empire Lyric Theatre, and the American Dream Theatre. She was honored to perform in the original "Stories Seldom Told" in 2001. She currently is singing with the Santa Rosa Junior College Concert Choir and the Love Choir. Evelyn McFadden graduated from SFSU with a degree in Music Ed. Her primary vocation (along with "momhood") has been as a Liturgical Artist, using music, dance and drama. She ahs performed lead roles with Santa Rosa Players, Spreckle Performing Arts, SRJC, and many local cabarets. Her proudest achievements are thespians Brian, Maureen and Leslie. Michal Victoria is a NY transplant who's performing career started at Vaudeville School in Carnegie Hall, continuing to the Neighborhood Playhouse in Manhattan only to twist and turn sinuously through Glide Gospel choir, chronic illness, indie film, the search for God, and a devout loyalty to Meatloaf (she can act out all the lyrics to Bat Out Of Hell). She will be appearing as Puck in Sebastopol Shakespeare in the Park's Midsummer Night's Dream and is presently singing, dancing and playing percussion with the band Peace Warrior. Krissy Campbell is a new-found writer biding her time at the local SRJC. She enjoys dancing, acting, and running through moonlit vineyards. She envisions her future to be filled with candles, typewriters, cats, and maybe a few glasses of wine." Lizann Bassham has been writing and directing theater for over 20 years. She is just off the road after five years directing and producing Brian Wetzel’s one man show, “Side by Side: A Journey With Depression.” Her second novel, “One of Another” about a group of friends dealing with AIDS in mid 1980’s San Francisco, is now available on Amazon and at local Copperfields’s. Once, quite by accident she won a salsa dance contest in East L.A.
